Service Classification

Omnithrava operates exclusively as a social casino entertainment platform. No real-money gambling functionality exists within our system architecture. All gaming activities utilize virtual credits possessing zero monetary value and maintaining no exchangeability for real currency or tangible goods.

User Conduct Standards

Users commit to platform engagement consistent with its recreational purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: system exploitation, security circumvention, reverse engineering, and behavior disrupting other users' experiences. Violations trigger immediate access termination.

Intellectual Property

All platform content - games, graphics, software, text - remains Omnithrava intellectual property or licensed content. Users receive strictly limited, non-transferable, revocable access licenses for personal recreational use. Service Availability

While targeting consistent platform availability, Omnithrava provides no uptime guarantees. Technical maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen issues may impact accessibility. We accept no liability for service interruptions or consequent virtual credit loss.

Terms Modification Authority

Liability Constraints
